“Ski trip to zermatt”

Great hotel. Staff super welcoming and helpful. And the best outside hot tub. Great ski storage. Easy easy to get to slopes. Really impressed

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Tim. What also I liked was that the owner’s personal involvement—he follows up on guests’ requests directly and connects with them daily, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This level of care and attention truly made my experience outstanding.

Great service, central location in Zermatt, good SPA. We liked their tapas restaurant a lot.

I like the modern - rustic style of the hotel. We receive an upgrade with our room and the view is amazing.

The facilities. Fantastic spa, swimming pool, outside jacuzzi beside a frozen waterfall, ski boot room, cozy bar with cigar room and regular shuttle taxis to the slopes every morning. The staff. A fantastic team who always have a genuine smile for you, couldn’t have been more helpful and went out their way to accommodate any request. Location. A five min walk to the village centre and it’s tons of restaurants, bars and shops.

Pool was lovely. The restaurant was okay but very very expensive and definitely not worth the price

Excellent service. Reception staff are very helpful. Fabian ( manager) is superb.Our room every day is clean and tidy .There are new towels every day..Location is great .Walking distance to town centre..

Nice employees offer very good service. The facilities are cozy and convenient. Only 5 minutes by walk to the Main Street. It’s easier to buy cable or train ticket with the same price in the hotel.

A great, calm, cozy hotel located next to the city church. The hotel has a large swimming pool by Zermatt standards and several saunas in the hammam. There is a small waterfall on the street near the jacuzzi. Thank you very much to the staff for their help in everything necessary.

1. Excellent customer service. Marzia and Paola at the reception, in particular, were always super helpful, polite and enjoyable to interact with. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was extra comfortable. 2. I greatly appreciated the electric cars taking you to ski stations and the renting service delivering equipment directly at the hotel

Great shower/ changing room facility in case of late check-out, since it wasn’t possible to stay in the room. Friendly staff.

The staff, without exception, were helpful, welcoming, friendly. The room was lovely and the views superb. The breakfasts were excellent in terms of choice and taste. We had one evening meal, which was a set meal but of a very good standard. would go again without hesitation.
