Excellent accommodation in the heart of Zermatt. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is spotless, very well maintained, and the staff are truly excellent—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is amazing, just about 30 meters from the main street in Zermatt, surrounded by great restaurants and bars. It’s also perfectly positioned between both ski lift stations, making it ideal for skiing and getting around the village.

This place is simply a dream ! We loved absolutely everything about our stay. Every detail has been thought through with such care, and the cabin is incredibly cozy, beautifully arranged ! Our hosts were simply fantastic and made the whole experience even more special. Breakfast was delicious, and the entire stay felt like a magical escape. We honestly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to stay in Zermatt. Thank you for everything and cannot wait to come back!

I loved the location off the Main Street on a small cobblestone walkway. The hotel itself was quiet. My room was very cute, clean and comfortable. The staff and owners were exceptionally helpful and kind. I felt like I was taken care of and not just another number. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend to others.

What a magical place to stay. The hotel was so cosy and our hosts were so friendly and welcoming. It felt like coming home each day after our adventures. We stayed in one of the cottages and it was such a magical experience. The hotel's location couldn't have been more perfect...right in the middle of Zermatt meaning that everywhere in the village was just a short stroll away. Breakfast was excellent and it was lovely also getting to know their latest edition 'Toffee' Our family will definitely be back! Thank you guys for everything!
