Overview
Centrally located in Zermatt, within a 10-minute walk from the Gornergrat, Sunnegga Express and Glacier Paradise Cable Cars, Hotel Bellerive features a free spa area with hot tub, sauna and steam bath, as well as free WiFi in all areas. The south-facing rooms with balcony on the upper floors all offer views of the Matterhorn mountain. Each room comes with a minibar, a seating area, and a 42-inch flat-screen TV with a stereo CD and DVD system. DVDs are available free of charge in the Hotel Bellerive. The rooms are either facing south or north. Breakfast is served every morning and includes regional products and freshly made orange juice. The lounge bar is ideal for cosy evenings in front of the open fireplace. Guests can use the ski storage room with heated ski boot dryer and it is also possible to buy ski passes on site.

Fantastic location and a beautifully appointed hotel. Very close to everything we needed. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and willing to help. The only drawback for me was the lack of airconditioning in my room although not a problem for the majority of the year.

“Best Hotel I’ve ever stayed at istg”
Everyting. From the food to the location to the amenities and the personel, everything was excellent. We had fresh salmon, salmon eggs for breakfast. Homemade jam, only quality ingredients. Honestly best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Spa was included but take your own sljppers from home or you’ll pay a 5CFH extra for spa slippers

Location was excellent . walking distance to restaurants , sights, transportation and just being outside. The breakfast was very nice - and the staff was exceptional ! We will return.

“Great stay in Zermatt”
The staff were all super friendly. We felt like part of their family. By American standards this was more of a luxury type of boutique hotel to us. The breakfast was top drawer. The spa was a real treat at the end of the day. Helpful hint: the lobby bathrooms have a bidet feature!

“I would definitely stay here again!”
Everything about The Bellerive is amazing! The service is awesome - everyone from the front desk to breakfast to the spa to the train transport were so friendly and helpful - you can tell that they really care about their guests and provide excellent service. The room was amazing - a beautiful view of the Matterhorn right outside our window with a porch to sit and enjoy with coffee or a glass of wine. The welcome treat was very much appreciated too! The bed was super comfortable and there was even a little "sitting room" to rest and watch the Tour de France :) The room was rustic yet elegant - beautiful wood, high ceilings with very cool lighting and bathroom amenities. This hotel is one of my favorites for sure!

“As good as it gets.”
We've travelled extensively and Hotel Bellerive stands out as one of our favourites so far. Staff are excellent, the location and view is hard to beat. The rooms are stylish and very comfortable. One of the best bathrooms we've ever had. Couldn't recommend the place enough. We travelled with a young baby and even the attention to detail with toys in the room was noted.
