The 4-star Firefly Luxury Suites at the foot of the Matterhorn in Zermatt is only a 3-minute walk away from the Klein Matterhorn cable car and a short walk from the village centre. The hotel offers modern, spacious suites and an indoor pool and spa area. Most suites feature a balcony and the larger ones an open fireplace. An à la carte breakfast is served to you in the suite at your desired time. A transfer from Zermatt's train station or parking areas is offered.Cost may apply

Stunning apartment with fabulous views of the Matterhorn. Super helpful and friendly staff. Loved the bar and pool area. Easy walk to cable cars and centre of town.

“Marvellous family stay in spacious suites and with friendly staff”
The suites are extremely spacious, more like proper apartments than hotel suites. It was a wonderful place to stay as a big family of 4 adults plus 2 kids, with enough space for everyone as in a rental apartment while enjoying hotel comforts and amenities, including in-room breakfasts delivered every morning at the moment of our choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange babysitting and started the outdoor jacuzzi for us early on a rainy day.

Firefly was in a great location and decorated beautifully. The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem and we really loved the breakfast in the mornings.

“Basically perfect!”
Absolutely stunning property and location. The staff went above and beyond and the pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna were lovely too. Everything was very clean and well designed/laid out. Daily breakfast in our room was lush, and they had an amazing touch when we first arrived, of flip flops and dressing gowns that fit each of us (inc 3 kids of varying ages/sizes!) They also provided a rucksack to use during our stay, which was so helpful because our other bags were full. Nothing was too much! We loved the location - seeing the Matterhorn daily, going for walks in the mountains with our kids, and walking in town too. Not far from two play areas too, and also an amazing play area in Sunnega. Absolutely loved our stay!

Location great.. the bar had a great welcoming feel.. albeit we didn't really use it because busy.. Maybe a free drink voucher would have drawn us in.. But the whole stay was brilliant for the whole family.. For the 2nd week we moved to another rated Haus.. Nowhere near the same level of luxury as FireFly..

“Exceptional”
Just loved everything about this place. We booked the panorama maxi suite for a group of 6, and it was just picture perfect. The living area was incredibly spacious with Matterhorn views, and the breakfast in your room was amazing. We even asked for things which were not on the menu and they were very kind to provide us with those. The gym and the pool were well equipped. Located just 4 mins away from the Matterhorn cable car. Highly recommend for a luxury experience in Zermatt.
