“Incredible stay in the heart of Zermatt village”
We absolutely loved this chalet! Very centrally located, it had absolutely everything we needed for a very comfortable stay in Zermatt. All rooms are modern and tastefully decorated, there was enough storage and other facilities. The beds were comfortable and clean. The chalet also features a wellness area which is super nice and we had it available to us in the morning. The hosts were incredibly nice people and accommodated all of our requests. 10 out of 10 for us, we’ll certainly be back again soon

“Cosy chalet at central location”
The place is very neat and kept very well - it's an old house, but with modern inner outfit for the rooms that still preserver the charm of wooden building. Our room was fairly spacious and had everything we need - it's probably the first time in my travel experience that the room had enough coffee capsules to last a week or more, plenty of dishwasher tablets, new dish sponge and towels and plenty of knives (and generally great utensils and kitchenware). The room was ready for us earlier than check-in time (there are names of guests on doors so we found ours without problems). Room was warm - maybe even a bit too warm as blankets were really thick, but that's not an issue. They also have a warm skiroom (also a schnapskeller) with entrance from the main street, where it's also possible to store luggage on the departure day. We haven't used spa, but it was also available. The place is located close to the town centre, and equal distance (about 10 minutes walk) from two main ski lifts and main station.

The apartment feels very cute, cosy, warm, welcoming and modern even though it still has the wood cabin feel that I love due to the decorations and I believe recent renovation they did. The apartment is equipped with modern kitchenware. The pictures in Booking.com needs to be updated because the apartment is a lot better than what‘s shown. They need to include the sauna and the steambath. It was amazing. After a day in the mountains, coming back to the sauna is such a treat. You just need to request with the owner beforehand and it will be arranged. The owner responds almost immediately through the Booking.com chat. Owner was very helpful. Lovely lady.
