Comfortable space for 2 people. Daily housekeeping. Kettle provided. Good lighting. Can view Matterhorn once you walk outside. Central location. Easy walk to station and the entire village. Spa and sauna included in the rate. Very good breakfast

Nice location, 10 mins walk from main train station. The bridge viewing Matterhorn is right next to the hotel. Great wellbeing facilities. Breakfast was good. Staff were nice and friendly.

Great location almost in the middle of both main ski lifts so short walk to either and just minutes from the main bars and restaurants in the town centre. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff were great.

Nice staff, we got an upgrade to the main building. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the ski lift and to all the restaurant/ bars.. the spa is relaxing.

Very nice and spacious room, the hotel was very clean, the staff were also very kind and welcoming, the spa was also decently equipped, although I would have preferred a cold pool or some water massage for after ski recovery, instead of 2 sauna rooms. The hotel is in a very convenient position in the middle of Zermatt, and the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel also has a very well-organized ski room. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but more than adequate for the type of hotel. I would not say this is a 2-star hotel, at least a 3, it beats many 4-stars I have experienced for the service it offers.

The room vas very comfortable, recently renovated, silent. Acces to the main hotel facilities such as breakfast and very nice spa (you have to go outside to get to the main hotel - but that was super ok). Although the room was situated at the basement, it was super comfy and warm, the windows opened towards the main hotel. Location is in the center of Zermat, close to the shops and pubs. It was a great stay.

Great studio room. Good location- 5 minutes walk to main ski lift or free bus stop outside hotel. Only a few minutes into town centre. Room in separate building from hotel ( 30 yard walk) but you can have breakfast in hotel and use spa facilities.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is cosy, rooms are spacious, bathroom is great, and the hotel has everything you need, its clean, and the facilities such as the ski room and wellness room were fantastic. The breakfast had a great variety. Great location. Central in town. Would definitely stay here again.
