Opened in December 2013 after a complete refurbishment, The Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt enjoys a quiet location in Zermatt. It features a wellness and fitness area including a hot tub and a sauna and offers free WiFi. The Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt's bright Alpine-style rooms are all equipped with a cable TV and a Nespresso coffee machine. South-facing rooms have a balcony. A buffet breakfast is available every morning. The garden offering Matterhorn views invites you to relax during the warmer months. The train and funicular stations including the Gornergrat train can be reached within a 5-minute walk. The bus for the Klein Matterhorn cable car stops close to the Alpenhotel.

Service was exceptional! My son and I got an upgraded room which was fantastic as the room was spacious with an amazing bathroom like dubai which we are used to. Receptionist margot is passionate about her job and so happy and willing to help everyone be it a map or advice on places. Not sure of his name but there is also a young man who supports the driving from station to hotel and the breakfast setup. Extremely nice polite and helpful

“Great hotel, lovey clean and large rooms with friendly staff.”
The hotel is very pleasant, clean and modern, with excellent rooms. The staff were very helpful with luggage, skis, and helping arrange things. Overall an excellent hotel.

“Great location in close proximity to main street & train station!”
We loved the location of the hotel. 5 mins walking distance to train station & main street in Zermatt. Also close to tourist office and Laderach chocolate if you like! They had a heated pool which was cool but we didnt use it.

“Beautiful, Alpine Hotel”
Great location, few minutes walk to everything in Zermatt. Hotel had a lovely, calm vibes that recommended no phones in public areas. The breakfast was beautiful and the hotel was spotless. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The spa area was very so nice, perfect after a day skiing. Overall I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. Nice location, close to the train station and shops, but still really quiet. Beautiful clean room and good amenities. Really nice SPA area. And as a cherry on the top was a view of magnificent Matterhorn🏔️

“Perfect, relaxed stay”
The spa facilities were very clean, comfortable and pleasant. The hotel has a very comfortable, practical atmosphere. It is very quiet in spite of being very centrally located. Access from the train station is easy (flat and very accessible street).
