the staff was really friendly and the location was perfect. being able to see the matterhorn directly and also being close to the zentrum, was wonderful. the spa and the whirlpool outside were also a dream come true.

The location is close to the main lifts and the return ski run. We had a view of the Matterhorn from our room. This is such a benefit after a hard day’s skiing. The design of the hotel is beautiful. The spa is a wonderful. Just what you need to sooth aching limbs after skiing. The food was great. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

The property is like a boutique hotel, amazingly located and very close to one of the main lifts. Rooms were nice and spacious with balcony facing the mystic Matterhorn. The staff were always pleasant and helpful and the breakfast is very good.

Hotel Location was great near to ski slopes and easy access to Zermatt city center by 10min walk. Great staff, great breakfast. We loved the outdoor jacouzi and hotel decoration and comfort. Highly recommending for adult couple.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at 22 Summits Boutique Hotel. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, with a spacious and modern bathroom. The breakfast was high quality and delicious. Very convenient for skiers, with a dedicated area to store ski equipment. Highly recommended!

“Magical and good for the soul”

The hotel was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views of the mountains,no view can beat this . Reception was very friendly and helpful and a transfer was provided from the train station to the hotel which was incredibly helpful. Breakfast had a small variety but was very good . Thank you 22 Summits for making our trip special.

Great location with beautiful views of the Matterhorn. 22 Summits is in a quieter part of Zermatt village but near to the cable car station for Glacier Paradise and other stops / hike trails etc. still only 5 min walk 5-10min walk from station and other amenities. Our room had a balcony and amazing view of the Matterhorn. Very clean and comfy room. Also quiet at night. Access to hotel spa a welcome treat. Staff helpful at all times. Breakfast buffet with great choices. We loved Zermatt and found 22 Summits to be the perfect place to stay.

The staff was very nice. They also have a complementary shuttle service to and from the train station. The rooms were quite clean. The spa was ok (especially for a smaller hotel). The breakfast was varied.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel. The location is fantastic being close enough to the centre but far away enough to be peaceful at night. The staff as always were wonderful and looked after us amazingly well. Our room was furnished to high standard and had everything we needed. In the evening it was lovely just to sit peacefully in the jacuzzi area and lap up the sun in great surroundings and use the Sauna in the spa area. Transportation to and from station is provided free of charge and was punctual and without fault. The breakfast which was included was great as well and sitting on our balcony drinking our morning coffee with great views of the Matterhorn just amazing.
