Back in Zemun mini appartment after a year and a half. The prices of accommodation in Zemun have gone sky high since my last stay, but not this place. Its location is excellent; everything, the local market with excellent food, the river bank with its views, the straight centre, also bus stops (when the repair of the main town road is over)... is within 200 m ... a very short walk. Not a big place, no sky high comfort (you'll pay 3 x the sum for that), but clean, comfortable enough with a big bed, AC keeps it warm enough in winter, a small breakfast kitchen, good wifi. The host Aca is cool and relaxed and reliable enough. Be back, though you can find it very often booked.

“It's dirty”

I like nothing..The room is small and filthy. Fridge is old and makes very loud noise and absolutely black moldy. I did clean it by myself. The owner doesn't care. The bathroom is the toilet with a shower and dirty.

Ground floor apartman in excellent position in the centre of Zemun, with numerous shops bars and restaurants on the doorstep, and just a few minutes walk to bus station and park. Flat is fairly described as very small but has almost everything that one could need, with comfortable double bed and quirky shower. Excellent Wi-fi signal and multi channel t.v. Ideal for a single person seeking convenience over hotel comfort.

The owner is misleading, sells rooms off the reservation, and then he behaves rudely and make problems by providing a room as if he was doing me a favor. I do not recommend.

Bed was really comfortable, there was a collection of movies which is very nice. There is also a tea which is nice touch.

Beautiful place

The place is in the very center of Zemun and although is "mini" it has all you need - small kitchen, fridge, AC, table and chairs ( mini is mainly the bathroom, I was quite ok with my 150 m height, but for some taller it can be challenging:))

Location in Zemun central, very close to green market. Only in walking zone. Free coffee at the owner's coffee bar.

The location is great, also lots of utensils were available. Even though it got cold, the air conditioning managed to warm up the room, with several blankets available!

Excellent location. The appartment is in the very centre of Zemun, just around the corner and about 100 m from the local bus stop and another corner and another 100 m from the Zemun market. Located in the very passage between the main street and town hall square. Pretty small, but does not lack anything, excellent wi-fi, air-conditionning, clean, a big bed, small tea kitchen with fridge... Probably too small to spend two weeks there, but great for a stay of couple of days. Tied to a local cafe, so if you feel like hanging there you're welcome. A friendly and communicative owner.
