Clean, spacious and modern apartment near Rosenalmbahn station. Exellent location for winter and summer holidays. 2x toilet, 1x shower - enough for our stay of 4 people. Nice and helpful hosts :-)

“Excellent stay. Good location, nice and quiet.”
The apartment was refurbished not too long ago. It looks very tidy. It had all the tools we needed to cook. The host can also provide fresh bread in the morning which excellent service. The skibus stops right in front and leaves every 20 minutes.

“Highly recommend”
Everything was just perfect. Friendly household takes care of us very well. Also, we got a pure honey jar from them welcoming us. There are zillertal card with the stay which gives us discounts in most of activities there. Nice view from the balcony. Absolutely we will visit this place again if we were on that area!

“Lovely apartment!”
Property was lovely. It had a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms for my family of 4 to use and a balcony to overlook the beautiful scenery. The dining area was very spacious as well. Florian (host) maintained good communication with me and ensured that all was well during checkin. I really appreciated that!

The apartment is in a good location - walking distance from Zillertal Arena, the station and the supermarket. It's on a road with a fair amount of traffic, but it's not bad as it gets pretty quiet at night. The apartment we stayed in had good views of the mountains and a balcony where you could relax. It was well equipped with utensils, plates, glasses etc. and all the rooms had attached bathrooms. The host was very friendly and helpful.
