Overview
The Huaterhof is a traditional holiday home in a quiet location 900 metres from the centre of Zell am Ziller. The spacious apartments offer a south-facing balcony with panoramic mountain view to the Zitter Valley. The free ski bus stops right outside. Decorated in a traditional Tirol style, the apartments feature a kitchenette with a dining area, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a bathroom with hairdryer. Free wired internet access is provided. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Guests can play table tennis and use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. The garden includes a sun terrace, barbecue facilities, and a children’s playground. Free private parking is available on site. Hiking and mountain bike trails, as well as a cross-country ski run, are right outside. The Rosenalmbahn Cable Car and the Zillertal Arena Ski Area can be reached by car or ski bus in 5 minutes.

The stay was great overall. The apartments were clean and comfortable. We had better living conditions than we expected. The location was also good: not a walkable distance from the ski lifts, but the ski lifts and the town were very nearby by car.

“A welcoming stay”
It was lovely that it was just outside of the town. Plenty of green space and lots of walking on the door step. Big rooms, comfy beds, the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. The owner was super helpful, friendly despite not speaking any English. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice apartment with modern bathroom and separate toilet, fully functioning kitchenette, comfortable living room with large teraces and an amazing view. Nice hosts and a quiet location, convenient parking.

It was authentic but modern at the same time, super clean, super cozy (especially the bed). The kitchen was fully equipped. Loved the breakfasts, cats and cows. The hosts were amazing and helpfull.

The apartment was very cosy, warm, big, separate bedroom, WC, carpets, nice decorations in old rural style but all newly redone , fully equipped kitchen, place for skies, quiet location, super clean. Possibke to ski in Hintertux, Zillertal Aréna, Mayerhofen. Mountain View.
