Overview
Hotel Englhof is located in the centre of Zell am Ziller and features a restaurant serving Austrian and international cuisine and rooms with a balcony. Within a 2-minute drive, the Zillertal Ski Area can be reached. A free ski bus stops right in front of the house. Every room comes with a sofa, a safe deposit box and a bathroom with a shower and amenities. Cocktails and drinks can be sampled at the on-site bar, featuring the second largest spirits collection in Austria with more than 1360 different spirits, including rarities, wine and champagne. Spirits tastings are possible. A breakfast buffet offers local and homemade products. The hotel features a common lounge with a games corner. Hotel Englhof has a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Ski passes can be bought on site and a sun terrace is provided for the guests’ relaxation. EnglÄs Alpine Spa is an on-site wellness area with a Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, infrared cabin and a cosy relaxation lounge with tea bar. Mayrhofen can be reached within a 10-minute drive. The closest outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court are just a 2-minute walk away. Cross-country skiing trails are 500 metres away and free private parking is possible on site. Guests staying longer than 7 nights in summer can use an e-bike for 1 day free of charge.

This is my second stay and every time we receive the same great experience. Sincerely welcoming staff, great location with beautiful views from the room. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

“Perfect mix of comfort and top-notch hospitality.”
I have just spent a week at Englhof Hotel, and have to admit that it exceeded all my expectations. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming and comitted to provide an exceptional service. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was special, having the Ziller river in front of us, and the Alps in sight. The food was absolutely delicious - every meal felt like a gourmet experience. And to top it all off, the cocktail bar was a real highlight. With expertly crafted drinks (lots of awards received 🏆) and a cozy lounge area, it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of skiing/snowboarding. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury and comfort! We’ll definitely be back 🥂

“Amazing restaurant”
This is a charming hotel that feels nostalgic. The rooms were not huge but very nicely furnished with pine and thematic photographs that evoked the spirit of the mountains. The hotel is in a superb location in the heart of Zell am Ziller. The Restaurant and team within it were outstanding. The food and service were exceptional.
