“Great ski apartment”

We were skiing so location 2 mins from good ski rental shop offering lower rental costs up the mountain. aslo 1 min from from free skii bus to the gondola taking 9mins. 5 min walk to centre of zell am ziller. staff were helpful and communitive. apartment spacious and fully kitted for self catering

Great stay at Lilly Rose, Zell em Ziller.. Tania was warm welcoming and flexible. The apartments had all mod cons needed and were homely.

Communication to the place before vacation was easy and when we arrived evening Tanja was waiting us. She was super friendly and my 8 years old told immeadility that she likes her. We did have two rooms, one bedroom and two bedroom. One bedroom was very nice that there was queenbed and one Single bed so 8 year old Can sleep same room and After Show went to sleep we could watch tv in kitchen. Another room was one adults and two teens. Kitchen was good and we cooked few Nights. Bakery was about 50m from us and every morning we pick up breads. Skibus stop was also less than 50m. Railway station was near too. We didnt have a CAr and it was easy to go shop and to the skiing. I would book the same place again if we go back to Austria

Everything was perfect, hosts are amazing and warm people, the appartments are nice, clean and well equipped.

The location was beautiful and in the centre of Zell am Ziller, we had stunning views from the windows and balcony. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and had lots of nice details for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom is brand new and the shower is good. Every day Tanja left a surprise outside our door! Our daughters loved the little treats. Tanja was lovely and friendly, and even though we arrived much later than planned, because of problems with our flight, she was there to give us a warm welcome.

The apartment was just perfect: extremely clean, spacious and much bigger than expected! The host was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was better equipped than mine at home 😅 everyday we were getting small gifts like chocolates etc. will come back for sure!

Everything,apartments were close to city centre,very clean and organized.In the kitchen we found everything we needed.Bedroom was big with very comfortable beds.We enjoyed our stay.

“Nice, large apartments in city centre.”

The apartment was huge, clean, all equipment in very good condition. Small gifts from the owners were nice surprise. There was a big storm week before we arrived but the owner informed us immediately that they have issue with the roof and offer free cancellation (plus send us the pics of building to see the damages). We decided to go as it wasn’t affecting the apartment in any ways.

“Best place to stay in Zillertal”

Tanya was a superb host during our stay. The apartment is nice and new, well equipped. The house is 2 minutes walk from the center of Zell am Ziller. It is a great place to stay in the heart of Zillertal.
