They arranged our airport transfers, helped us rent a scooter, and provided all the information we needed about adventure trips and where to eat and drink. The staff were really friendly, they sat us down and showed at all the best spots to visit on the island. Our room was cleaned everyday and it was spotless after each clean. And they were very accommodating, for example with short notice they were able to organise an airport shuttle for us which was perfect after a long day of travelling to the island

“Amazing”

Clean, strategical is his positioning (6 to 15 minutes away from all the main locations in Milos) Room spacious, walls a bit thin as we could hear our neighbors tv, but it wasn't a problem. Essential coffee machine and some cutlery/household stuff. Manos, our receptionist was very kind and helpful in guiding us through everything. Although ours was just a one night sleep before our flight in the morning, after we stayed somewhere else on the island, we'll definitely evaluate Avra for our next visit.

The location is perfect—right in the middle of the island, making it super easy to reach both the north and south beaches. Plus, there’s a small taberna just a stone’s throw away with delicious food at very reasonable prices. Hospitality was next-level. Manos was incredible—he took the time to show us all the attractions on a map and gave us fantastic local food recommendations. He’s genuinely the nicest and most attentive host. The studio itself is lovely and feels pretty new. It’s equipped with aircon, a smart TV, and handy appliances like a kettle, fridge, and toaster. One of the highlights is sitting outside to watch the sunset—it’s absolutely stunning and makes for a perfect, relaxing evening. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Milos!

“Fantastic experience, even better value!”

We stayed in Avra for 9 nights this August and it was one of the highlights of the trip to Milos. From the booking to the final goodbye, the communication and service were superb. Any question or request was no issue for them and the responses were always positive and prompt. The place is only 10 minutes by car from the port and in fact it is so central that you can reach most places in the island in les than 20 minutes so super location (free parking). The welcome was fantastic by Manos, who is an absolute gentleman and consummate professional, and although there was a small hiccup (not Avra's fault), they resolved it very quickly. The place is comfortable, clean, very spacious and the housekeeping is fantastic. There is a decent little taverna down the road but you should really follow all of Mano's instructions on where it is best to eat, swim and visit overall. This is fantastic value for money and having travelled extensively around the world from 5 star hotels to palaces, his concierge like service could rival the best. Don't get me wrong, this is not a 5 star place, but the service is, with hospitality to match. If we went to Milos every year, we would stay here every time. Thank you Manos and Avra again for making our stay so enjoyable and we do hope to see you again. Lots of love from Ireland.

Manos is a very kind and professional guy, he helped us with suggestions about the island and everything we needed. We enjoyed the little welcome and “goodbye” gifts. The rooms are clean and has all the facilities you need. Easy to find a parking spot. Property is in the middle of island so it’s close to everything. I recommend this location!

Manos the receptionist provided us with all the assistance we needed regarding our stay and also provided extremely helpful recommendations for the island. Anything we needed we just sent him a message on WhatsApp a d the response was super fast.

We highly recommend Avra Milos Apartments. This is a warm and amazing place to stay in Milos. The environment of the hotel is clean, well-kept, and tidy. Manos was very attentive, keeping in touch with us before our arrival. He is extremely friendly and provided lots of useful travel information. He also went out of his way to help us with a special birthday request, making our stay truly unforgettable. Most importantly, he was quick to respond and very helpful with first aid knowledge and supplies when my children were injured during a day out.

We were lucky to catch a last-minute offer at Avra Milos Apartments, and honestly, it was such great value for money that I’d gladly pay more to stay here again when I return to Milos. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Manos, who made us feel right at home. He shared all the island's best-kept secrets, gave us amazing suggestions on where to eat (and where not to!), what to see, and what activities are truly worth doing. He was always available via messages and responded super quickly, which helped us a lot during our stay. The location is very central, so getting anywhere on the island was quick and easy — just 6–7 minutes by ATV from the apartment to the port, for example. The apartment itself was beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, and cleaned daily. We especially loved the small private courtyard — perfect for relaxing or enjoying a quiet smoke in peace. The area is very calm and peaceful, ideal for anyone looking to truly unwind, in contrast to the busier and noisier port area. I wholeheartedly recommend Avra Milos Apartments and will definitely be coming back!

Gorgeous room in a very central location. The a/c was great for the hot days. Manos and his team were the best hosts. All their beach and restaurant recommendations were incredible. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. We loved our stay here and would definitely return!
