“Extraordinary hosts, extraordinary house.”

Our stay at Alexia’s and Roderick’s Kucca Boutique Townhouse was truly amazing. We could drop off our luggage and some stuff in the fridge in advance in a very convenient manner. The house is extraordinarily renovated, what Alexia and Roderick did is breathtaking: the one-floor-one-room configuration, the bathroom trompe-l’œil at each floor, wonderful. The house is a vacation itself. Our hosts were also very arranging at the end of our stay allowing to extend our checkout time and helping us throw out the trash. Thank you so much for letting our stay at Kucca memorable.

Lovely property in beautiful condition, has everything you need and it’s in a brilliant location for seeing all of Malta. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are really comfortable, the roof terrace is lovely and the lounge is comfortable. Everything was really clean and well organised.

It was a great property, very beautiful place and well designed. The property owners had done a fantastic job with the house and have gone above and beyond with making sure you have everything you need for the stay to make you feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is thinking about staying in this area when visiting.

“Nice house in the center of a quiet village”

We had a great time in the accommodation. The old house was converted with a great concept and there are many well thought-out architectural details to discover, such as hidden storage elements or the discreet entrances to the bathrooms. The choice of materials and their interplay deserve special mention. From the tiles to the wooden elements and the lighting, everything has been perfectly coordinated. The view from the roof terrace is worth it and the central location makes it a great starting point for exploring Malta. You also get a bit of exercise for free if you realize on the roof terrace that you have forgotten something in the kitchen in the cellar or need a new drink from the fridge 😉.

“Lovely stay”

Lovely renovated house, everything you need is available, rooftop great in summertime. Luxurious bathrooms, well equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, Nespresso, freezer etc. No dishwasher but we had a teenager with us ;-) Village close to Valletta and any other destination on the island. Bus service to Valletta is frequent and stops are near, 5-6 min. There are some good restaurants in the village, definitely try Lokomotif and Tax-Xiha. Lidl supermarket within 15 min by car.

+ Beautifully renovated town house + Excellent location to explore Malta. Valletta and Mdina, for example, are only a short drive away. We rented a car, so I’m not sure how easy it would be to get around with public transport. Parking the car, however, was never a hassle in Zebbug (as opposed to Valletta I assume). + Lovely rooftop terrace. Perfect for having a coffee in the morning before going out. Can really recommand the Pancake Parlour for a cappuccino and breakfast! + Probably the best mattress and pillow I’ve ever slept on! + Excellent communication! Roderick and Alexia provided all the information we needed by text. We didn’t need anything more, but I’m pretty sure if that would have been the case, they would have been happy to assist. + We couldn’t have asked for more 💛

A must-have for anyone who enjoys a very successful blend of tradition and modern interior design. The KUCCA Towerhouse is ideally located for exploring the treasures of the southern half of Malta. Our stay was wonderful, not least thanks to the warm and dedicated service provided by Alexia and Roderick at all times. Many thanks for everything!

“Beautiful house in a nice village near by Valetta”

Beautifully renovated house. Enough space for 2 people. Wonderful rooftop terrace. Zebugg is a charming village with several restaurants and cafes nearby. Only 30 - 35 minutes by bus to Valetta downtown. Bus stop 5 minutes walk away.

“Exceptional!”

Everything about this place is a piece of art! By our opinion, it's a perfect combination of a modern revival of a traditional stone house. Stunning! Feels luxurious but it is very comfortable at the same time. Toilets are out of this world! Kitchen is very well equiped and very spatious. View from the teracce takes your breath away. Host is very responsive and amazingly kind. They also left pretty detailed instructions for everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this stay!

“Wonderful Townhouse in the middle of Malta”

This house has something magical. Everything was perfect for us and the roof top is fantastic. Zebbug Is ideal as a starting point and we were usually lucky when looking for a parking space. The Communication with Alexia and Roderick was very easy and we got all the informations we needed just in time before our arrival. KUCCA is definitely one of the best locations we've ever stayed in
