“Wonderfully relaxing”

Wonderful spacious apartment / house set in very peaceful country spot in rolling vineyard region. The accommodation had absolutely everything we needed and more besides; the pool, sauna and hot tub never got used as we were always too tired after our excursions into the surrounding region. Can’t believe it but it was true! As whole it made the experience extremely relaxing from the outset. It was just what we needed. Stanka was very polite and informative in the booking process throughout and it was a genuine pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended!

The house was beautiful. It’s very new. There are comfortable beds, spacious rooms, great bathrooms, a spa in the lower floor. Towels for spa/pool are provided. The outdoor pool is perfectly clean and allows for bathing in the sunshine throughout the day. The host is responsive, very welcome and friendly. She was very happy to help with different requests and provide information about the area. Ptuj is around a 20 minute drive. There are some wineries to visit locally. It’s a lovely property for a chilled out break in a rather remote area.

We had an amazing time during our stay! We were a group of six friends looking for a relaxing getaway, and this property exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal—secluded, peaceful, and perched on a beautiful hill, offering a great sense of privacy. The houses were beautifully designed with great attention to detail. They were modern, spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Each house was thoughtfully laid out over three floors. The first floor included a cozy living area and a well-equipped kitchenette. Upstairs, we found a comfortable bedroom and bathroom, while the basement was a true highlight, featuring a second bathroom, sauna, and jacuzzi—a perfect touch for winter relaxation. The hostess was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home, even greeting us with a lovely welcome drink upon arrival. Although the outdoor swimming pool wasn’t operational due to the season, the indoor amenities more than made up for it. The property provided everything we needed, including towels, bedding, and kitchenware, ensuring a hassle-free stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already planning to come back next year. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-designed, comfortable, and well-equipped retreat!

“Relaxing and quiet”

We really enjoyed the relaxing sauna and jacuzzi and didn't even feel the need to go out. The breakfast is well worth the additional price and it includes a good variety of foods.

“Relaxing stay amongst the lush green vineyards!!”

Wow, what a find! Our young daughter insisted that we stayed here after she did some 'research' and so we humoured her, not really knowing what to expect other than there was a swimming pool in the grounds and hot tub in the villa... We arrived in the evening to the most tranquil and quiet setting - we could only hear the sound of crickets! The villa was only a couple of months old and the cleanest place we have ever seen - it was spotlessly clean. The villa was lovely and well thought out. The hosts were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble - we even received some home grown veg during our stay - we made a nice bruschetta out of the tomatoes :) It's a great area to get away from it all amongst the rolling vineyards. Pjuj was only a short drive away though and Maribor was easy to visit within a day - can recommend! A couple of things to note - be prepared for insects (e.g. wasps/hornets) in this area of Slovenia and that cooking facilities consisted of a kettle and a double hob i.e. no microwave, no oven - but that really is a minor, minor point. Thank you Stanka and family - we really did have a lovely time and we hope to be back!

“Accommodation with the best facilities and views”

Spacious and clean accommodation. It was spacious enough for a family of four to stay, including a swimming pool and sauna facilities. The owner was also very friendly. I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

Host is very friendly and you can tell that a lot of thought and passion were invested in creating the place for the guests. Apartment is big, has all the required amenities and is equipped in a style which makes you feel special. We were welcomed with sparkling wine and home made juice. You can relax at the pool, which is big enough to accommodate guests from both apartments but you can also relax in your completely private spa with a large whirlpool and sauna perfect for switching off the outside world. You can also take a walk around or enjoy some quite steep hills on a bicycle.

Very pleasant, beautiful and clean accommodation in a quiet part of Slovenia. If you want to rest in a peaceful environment, I definitely recommend Green Valley! The sauna, jacuzzi and heated pool are an additional reason to visit this accommodation.The price is more than reasonable! Breakfast served Mrs. Stanka. A very friendly hostess with her caring son, who can also offer you excellent swimming lessons in to the house pool hehe :) Breakfast in an nice basket is more than enough to fill the tummies.. I must add that the house is carefully guarded by the puppy Coco, very cute❤️ We are definitely coming again! Great joob!
