Beautiful property, clean, tidy and in a great location with the beach at the bottom of the garden. Restaurants & supermarket about a 25 minute walk so would recommend a car. Old town Zadar about 20 mins away (bolt taxi €14) Vera and her husband (the owners) are great people and always on hand to help answer any questions. Would definitely go back.

The accommodation was lovely and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, extra towels in the bedrooms, and a bathroom with shampoo and gels, which were much appreciated. The seaside was conveniently located at the end of the garden. The beach was tranquil, with just a few people enjoying its charms. The water was warm and inviting, ideal for families with children to explore the lagoon, which is approximately 300 meters long. On either side of the lagoon, there were a variety of beaches, some with deeper water that might be more suitable for swimmers. The landlord was very kind and helpful, and did a great job of keeping the area organised. For your convenience, there is a car park located right next to the apartments. Zaton resort offers a variety of attractions for families, and the town center is just a short walk away, along the seaside. In addition, the area is accessible in the evening.

“Nice, modern apartment at the beach front”

Very modern, clean apartment on the first floor with two bedrooms directly at the waterfront. Very comfy beds. There is another apartment right next to it. The hosts live on the ground floor below the two apartments. They speak okay English and seem to be very nice people. The walk to the beach is literally 30 seconds. The beach itself is sandy, which is unusual for Croatia, and you can walk for 100-200 meters before the water gets too deep to stand. Makes for really warm water. Ideal for kids or people who love to play in the water rather than swim. The hosts provide dish soap, sponges and some stuff to keep clean, which is nice, because you haven't got to buy it yourself.

The sea/Beach was right at the end of the garden. It was shallow and great with kids. Vera and her husband were really helpful and kind. The apartment was renovated, with brand new furnitures. The kitchen was also well equipped.
