Beautiful location in the country in a well-renovated farm. A wonderful experience, with oil lamps and traditional living in Kreta! We had a wonderful breakfest. The host was very friendly and helpful. We recommend having dinner in Zaros village at the restaurant called "Vegera" for the best traditional local cuisine!

One of the most fascinating places I’ve ever had the chance to stay. Full of charm, character, and a unique atmosphere of true relaxation. The owner is very kind and welcoming. You can really feel the family spirit here. I recommend it to anyone who values genuine rest away from the media, hustle, and rush.

Rustic and cozy, the most romantic place ever. Bring a board game and enjoy the silence of nature. Breakfast delivered to your door. Very charming place with great tavernas around the area (you need a car).

We loved this unusual and beautiful place. I did not mind the lack of normal mod cons for a couple of nights. It was just so very peaceful. Breakfast was very nice.

Beautiful location, views, and very friendly owner. It was supposed to be a traditional and simple stay, but the facilities were actually very modern which was a pleasant surprise.

This was a great experience in a fully renovated farmhouse, with actual farm animals, in beautiful mountain surroundings. The owner is exceptionally friendly. He provides products from his farm such as cheese, honey etc. The breakfast is very large.

“Wonderful caring welcoming hospitality from Michalis and family”

Kamihis is in a beautiful farmhouse in an olive and carob tree farm, lovely and calm and secluded. They’ve really thought about how to make the stay comfortable - sun lounger chairs, an outdoor dining table with shades to block out the sun, lovely bedding. Michalis shows you how to work everything when you arrive - oil lamps, candles, different types of taps. The breakfast is amazing and can feed you for lunch too, and there’s a fridge and small kitchen space so you can pack things away. We didn’t have a car so just stayed on the farm and really relaxed reading our books in the sun all day. We also did the farm tour which is good fun. Michalis gave us a lift into town one evening where there is a really nice restaurant where you get a set menu. We then walked back (it’s uphill into town and downhill on the way back!) which took about 30mins. Wouldn’t want to do it in the pitch black but it was fine at sunset. The little pool at the front of the house is lovely for cooling down in.

Mihail and his family are really nice and they welcomed us like old friends. The place is wonderful and extremely peculiar.

We had a very pleasant one-night stay at this charming farmhouse. Our room was on the ground floor, and we had a magnificent private bathroom just outside the room. The breakfast was truly varied, featuring the freshest products, and it was served with a spectacular view. Going back to dinner, we took Velina’s advice and dined at a simple yet cozy little tavern up in the village of Zaros. This farmhouse was a great spot to enjoy some relaxation in nature, along with the local flavors and aromas. Thank you also to Michalis for being a very kind host!

“Lovely place!”

Wonderful and unique stay. The hosts gave their 100% and were so nice. We got to feed the animals at the farm and hold a 2 week old baby sheep. The room was clean and spacious. It was even better than we thought and would definitely recommend. There was ac and wifi in the room. A donkey sanctuary near-by💖

This was one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. I cannot recommend staying here enough. It was a magical place, and we felt so welcome! So beautiful, and the breakfast far exceeded our expectations. The animals were lovely, and everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!
