“Excellent property with comfortable facilities.”
Lovely place, clean and comfortable. Good facilities, including washing machine and little extras. Good communication. Nice city. Good location although not completely central and 30 min walk to the palace. Would stay there again.

“Last minute cancellation with no reason!”
The host cancelled the reservation at 1:30pm of the check-in date - this means few hours before our arrival, while we were on travel. No motivation was provided. This was a great problem as we had to find a last-minute accommodation while on travel.

“Lift broken”
The communication was very good, the apartment was clean , plenty of toilet paper. Great location, bed was comfortable, well supplied kitchen. Washing machine is modern and clean. The gaming machine is a nice touch.
