“Poor access and communication”

Directions to the property were poor, we were expected to double park outside, unload our car in the street, then go in and get keys for the car park. There was nowhere to even consider double parking as there was not the space on the street. Once we started experiencing these problems communication was very poor, and ultimately we cancelled this overnight stay, as well as the night we had booked in the following week.

“Great stay, great host, great location”

Communication with the host was spot on, we spoke over both Booking.com and WhatsApp to make sure we got into the property ok. Inside the property was spotless with two spacious bedrooms, good sized living room and a well equip kitchen. Rooms had curtains and shutters on the windows, all rooms were nice and bright. Great value, great location and only a short drive from the train station. Plenty of shops/parks nearby and only a 15 minute walk into the main centre.

Perfect stay - great apartment with everything you need and plenty of shops and bars nearby. 25 minute stroll along the river into the centre of Zaragoza.

Location with a nice view, close to some small parks with children playgrounds, the eroski supermarket, 15 minutes walking time to the center. The windows do not reduce the street noise much but the area is pretty quiet at nights so it is not a problem. There are window rollouts to make the room dark. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean, the communication was good even considering using the translators. There were welcoming presents and it was a pleasure. .

A very spacious bright apartment with an indoor parking space three minutes walk away; a must if you visit by car in Zaragoza. Plenty of local shops, bars etc to enjoy if you want to spend time nearer to “home”. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the bedrooms to put clothes away for the duration of our stay. The shower was very good too. Wifi was strong and two sets of keys was very handy. A little welcome of some water and chocolates was a nice touch.
