Friendly staff and beautiful situated 5 minutes walk to the food market, very close to the cathedral and 10 minutes to the tapas Street El Tubo.

“location cleanliness met expectation eventhough it was much smaller in size than what we paid for.”
Our apartment was changed at the last minute...the alternate apartment that was given to us did not meet the specification of our originally booked apartment. There was "leave it or take it" attitude from the booking staff. We also felt that the price of this apartment was far less than what we have paid for our original booking which they never honored.

“A short stay in Zaragoza”
Good location for visiting all the attractions in the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Despite my poor Spanish. Comfy bed. They had an environmental policy regarding changing towels and bedding, which rewarded the guest with a free drink for taking part. A great idea and definitely one other hotels should adopt.

“Great for an overnight stay!”
Fabulous location and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the in house chef who delivered our room service meal. Rooms are clean and spacious.
