The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning — you can watch the sunrise every morning! The place is clean, cozy, and has very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need. The location is perfect: there’s an entrance to a public underground parking right by the building, and a large supermarket is just around the corner. The central market is only a 10-minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

A great apartment, with amazing views of the city! We were delighted with the size of the apartment and loved that there are two full-size bathrooms. Apartment was spotlessly clean with ample towels etc provided. The staff we dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. Well-equipped for self catering but within easy walking distance of the centre. We enjoyed the convenience of the supermarket next door (just be aware it's closed on Sundays). We loved the view and the feeling of safety. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

Fantastic position with amazing views over the city center. The flat is quiet and very functional with all the main attractions on the doorstep. We never shut the shutters at night so we could enjoy the views at all times. Check-in was easy and Fernando was very helpful.

Property is very well maintained. 3 big bedrooms, comfortable beds, nice common area and spacious bathrooms. We were 3 couples and had plenty of space and privacy in this apartment. View is amazing and all the needed equipment is there.

“The view”

The view…. The apartment is nice and comfortable, but the view…! Wow. Parking is no issue, either on the street or in the garage below the building.

A light, spacious, well-equipped apartment on the 16th floor with magnificent views of the city. Great location - an easy 15 minute walk into the city centre and within reach of all the main attractions, cafes and restaurants. A large supermarket is situated next door. Communication with the host and Fernando was excellent. Any queries we had were responded to immediately and a taxi transfer to the airport was booked for us in advance. We were very happy with this accommodation.

Everything we needed was in the flat. Although we only had a small breakfast in the flat one could have prepared meals, since all the gadgets were there and at the nearby market there is ample fish, meat and vegetable to buy. There is also a supermarket at the ground floor.

A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious apartment with a magnificent view of the Basilica. Our host Ferdinand made a special effort to make our stay memorable. He recommended a superb restaurant which we attended twice. It was a short walk to the Old Town and many interesting museums and features. Highly recommend.

Location and view were superb. Very convenient having a supermarket nextdoor and easy walk into town. Layout of apartment was very good. Aircon worked well. Very secure.

Very comfortable and modern. Fantastic views of the Basilica, which was a short walk away. Fernando meets you and he is very helpful and pleasant. I had a problem paying as Booking.com had not updated my card for the apartment. The owner Inman was very understanding and we got it sorted out eventually.

“Great stay, good location, the best panorama view in town!”

Glorious view of the city from the windows. Certainly the best view in town!! You can see the river, the El Pilar cathedral - really jaw dropping. The apartment is on the last 16th floor - but very easy to reach there are 4 elevators. The rooms were good sized, having 2 bathrooms was really convenient as we were 6 people. Location was not too far from city center and the cathedrals, walking distance (15 minutes to El Pilar) , also very close to Aljaferia castle. Very convenient paid parking under the building, if you come by car - super easy to park. There is a big supermarket next to the building entrance - so very easy to get groceries, water, wine etc. Hosts did good recommendations - El Fuelle really good restaurant with local dishes.
