Overview
Hostal El Carmen is located beside Zaragoza’s Puerta del Carmen, and offers free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception. It is 15 minutes’ walk from the Pilar Basilica and Old Town. The Carmen guest house is well-connected to the airport, and Delicias Train and Bus Station, by a bus which stops 30 metres away. Simple rooms are air-conditioned and heated. Good place, with a nice location, really close to the center. The staff was nice and the room was clean and comfortable enough. The bathroom was renovated few years ago, so that was fine.

“Great place and location for the price”
Difficult to find anywhere in the area for a comparable price. Location is pretty good, about a 15-20 minute walk from the centre and most sights. Place was very clean, AC worked but wasn't adjustable.

“Central location hostal without any street noise”
Very nice room in the middle of town. But thanks to soundproof double glazing street noise cannot be heard. Everything else also fine, except....

Check in was simple, and location was right by the bus stop to the airport for our early flight in the morning. The host even offered to put our food in their own fridge overnight which was greatly appreciated.

The location was great. Quiet but close to most attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival but then let me come and go as I pleased. The bed was surprisingly comfy. Clean.
