Booked with Booking.com double room for € 193,60 ,incl breakfast and parking Checking in went ok, but somewhat slow. Room 840. This is not a double room. Only plugs and switches next to one side of the bed. Other side nothing. One towel and one glass in the bathroom. Went to reception, but they claimed it was definitely a double room. Other room (so double, not available anymore). Bringing an extra towel took a long ling time. Only after saying ‘now’ it came immediately. We booked for another night because of circumstances. Now the room includes breakfast and parking is € 171,00. We got room 630. And yes. This is a genuine double room. It would have been nice when the hotel would have transferred our luggage. But….. one towel again. Went to reception to return 840 key and asked for extra towel. Immediately available backoffice reception. They are familiar to the problem..? Breakfast is ok. An enormous breakfast hall with uncountable number of seats and tables. Everything available for a good breakfast. Too much I think for only a few people we saw in that moment (around 09:15). The second night we went out for a drink and a bite. Very good at Teniente Peseta Gastrobar. Recommended and close by. When arriving at the room: Airco not working. So pick up the phone and dial 9…. Phone not working. At the reception we only get “ We are sorry Sir”. We had a nasty hot night. When paying € 365 for two nights, you may expect something. But not here. This hotel is not ok. Nothing to do with Spain or Zaragoza. This hotel is just crap. Even 5 points out of 10 is overrated. Advice to owners and management: get your job done or see your hotel go into a deep downfall.

This hotel is the best! The staff is super nice and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the bed is really comfy. The housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy our whole stay. I definitely recommend this hotel!

We liked the beds and the room is spacious. City center is in walking distance. First, we had a really noisy room on the 3th floor (bad isolation, noisy street). They changed us to another room in the 7th floor, and there we slept very good.

“Nice but could have been better.”
Staff were very nice and helpful. The installation was clean and looked new and fresh still even though the hotel was quite old. The parking was excellent.
