“Didn't get to stay.”
We were unable to access the property at all so cannot comment on the apartment as we never saw it. Roadworks made the apartment building inaccessible and nobody was available to help. The phone number given did not work. Np advance notice of the roadworks was given. The payment for the apartment has not been returned despite it being inaccessible. We had to change all our plans and had to quickly book other places for the three days we were due to spend in Zaragosa. This is the first such problem we have encountered using booking.com. They have been no help in retrieving our payment and have told us that it is between us and the property owner. All in all a very stressful and expensive problem which we could have done without.
