“Little gem in Zappolino”
It was a great apartment, host Francesca and Brunello were so friendly and helpful (booked good restaurant for us). we have the entire 1st floor, and they live downstairs, but they give us enough privacy and they always leave us alone when we use the swimming pool. The apartment almost has 360 view, with great sunset view. They have several big terrace, which you can sit anywhere you want. Big living room, and 3 bedrooms, all with air-conditions. I would definitely recommend. Michelle

Our best stay in Italy ever. Beautyful localization, fantastic view from terrace and pool. The house is well equipped with all necessary facilities. A/C, celling fans, clean private pool - the hot summer is not a problem there. Close to Bologna / Modena, very nice villages in close vincinity. Guilo and Bruno (hosts) are very kind, helpfull and informative. Strongly reccomend!
