Everything was great.

All food was delicious! Breakfast was well prepared and varied each day. Our Japanese was very limited but staff were super helpful and friendly. Location is good- only a short walk to a nearby slope and lift.

Le Vert Zao did everything well. Comfortable room, super convenient location for skiing, incredibly helpful staff, great breakfast and dinner, and the onsen in the hotel was a wonderful way to finish every day on the slopes.

Don't miss out on the in-house onsen bath they have available. So relaxing! The staff was very kind and offered me a ride to the bus station upon check-out.

Staff is amazing, so friendly and accommodating. There hotel rents skis and slope is right there. Its 15 min walk to bus station, but hotel provides shuttle, to the slopes, too. I recommend making dinner reservations at the hotel, unless you feel like going to the station where restaurants are.

Access to ski field 200 metres away. Excellent breakfast. Good onsen. Great staff. Pick up and drop off from bus station included. Great cleaning staff. Top drying room for ski gear.

“Good accommodation close to the slopes”

Location is its best asset. It is situated near the centre ropeway station, and close to the ski slope. But away from the extra foot traffic of the ropeway that goes up to the very top. The Japanese staff were lovely. The meals are wonderful and thoughtfully prepared. The ski room was well organised.

The hotel has everything you need for a ski trip except for an otenburo.....though there is one not far from the hotel at a price.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Very patient and friendly. They were attentive and even sent us to our next hotel. Thank you. All the staff were absolutely amazing and wonderful.

The hotel offers shuttle bus to Zao Ropeway Station. Breakfast and dinners were lovely and good value. Staff speaks adequate English. There’s coin laundry. Plenty of parking space.

Great tea provided. Selection of breakfast food was rather limited, but good. Transport to Zao Onsen Ski resort was provided. Discount for the ski resort pass was provided.

The staff were very nice and picked me up and dropped me off at the bus terminal whenever i needed

Reasonably priced, walkable down the hill to facilities. Very helpful staff who tried their best to assist when we enquired about going up the mountains. One of their staff is a Nepali who can speak English, so that was good. Very clean, well kept and comfortably warm in the room.
