The property is exactly the same as the pictures displayed online and is surrounded by the most beautiful view. We personally enjoyed being outside of the centre of Zakopane (only a 5 minute taxi to the centre) as it offered the peaceful and relaxing stay we wanted. It is exceptional value for money including breakfast and the ability to book slots at the spa, which is very nice.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with beautiful mountain views and easy access to hiking trails and Zakopane attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. A special highlight was the SPA area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The sauna and wellness facilities added great value to our stay 😊

The spa is absolutely amazing. - a whole hour to yourself like night is such an amazing idea. The rooms were lovely and staff really really helpful.

The breakfast was excellent. There was a slight variation everyday but there was always lots of different choices from a cooked breakfast, cheeses & hams, yoghurts, cereals and fruit. The spa area has recently been modernised and was great for relaxing in the evening. I thought all the staff were very nice and always willing to help.

Very cozy hotel, various breakfast and a 1h long sauna visit per day is included in the price. Beautiful views. A ski lift is on the other side of the road, literally 3 min walking. BUT there are only 2 relatively short slopes: 1 blue and 1 red. For a longer skiing you will need to get to other slopes, a car or a taxi is a solution. But traffic and parking are challenging in the region.

Location amazing for the ski slopes just across the road and 5 minute taxi to major location in zakopane such as Main Street and train station . Breakfast was beautiful and varied . Rooms were warm and clean. Beautiful shower and balcony. Sauna was fabulous an really good value as one hour daily use included in the stay .

Nice quiet location, a 20 min walk into Zakopane for transport links. We used Bolt for taxis. Staff were pleasant, nice selection of breakfast. Amazing views of Giewont from our room which was well equipped. Free use of spa which can be booked by the hour.

“Practically perfect stay for beginner skiers :-)”

This place is perfect! The traditional polish architecture is beautiful, the views are breathtaking and the ski slope is literally across the road (which kept the kids happy with minimal walking in their ski boots). Staff were always happy to help and the onsite spa at the end of the day is the cherry on the cake! The nearest ski slope is perfect for beginners and as a 43 year old woman, i've just learnt to ski here while my kids were able to lap around me, using the ski chair lift by themselves and I felt that they were perfectly safe because its a relatively small slope. My teenagers, who had skiied previously, quickly got the confidence to take on the red run by day 2 😊 The willa was easy to find using sat nav and free parking onsite is great. We drove from krakow and it took a little over 2 hours. The car was handy for getting around zakopane and there are plentiful places to eat locally.

It was a great winter holiday. Tasty breakfast, beautiful room, private spa and lot of snow.

We had the best time at Willa Szymaszkowa! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really make you feel at home. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The view from the rooms and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. As a big bonus, there is a ski slope right across the street, which makes the location perfect. Highly recommended!
