The staff supported us even before we arrived at the hotel, helping us navigate confusing, similarly named streets while we were still driving. Once we checked in, everything we needed was available right away — from different types of water and kitchen supplies to extra pillows and blankets. We especially loved the upstairs windows and the fresh air throughout the apartment. Everything was spotless and felt new — the bathroom, the carpet, even the armchair. We truly recommend this place!

Very friendly staff! Perfect location, 3min walk to ski lift and 15min to city centre on bus. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt are in room such small things, but make an easy day, especially straight after arriving. Very clean and comfortable.

We definitely would stay there again! Everything exceptional, the room very comfortable, clear with an incredible view of the mountains. The location is excellent, 10 min by car from city center, 5 min walking from ski station, 15/30 minutes from other ski stations and chocholowskie Termy. Definitely worth it.

Everything!!! Mountain views. Spacious rooms with balcony, location was amazing right next to ski slope Szymoszkowa. The staff were amazing especially the guy on reception
