Good for family. A lot of space and equipped with everything you need for long stay. Underground parking very handy.

Worst hotel . No reception where to wait , we were left out in the snow for 4 hours !!!! Reception was of no help. They did not even want to hold our luggage till check in. From noon till 4 !!!

“Terrible in the worst way possible !!!”

Avoid this Hotel at all costs, we arrived on Sunday shops were closed , I asked the receptionist for water he told me use tap water however he had a water dispenser next to the desk. I asked for milk he said we do not drink milk, yet his coffee was with milk. I had been on a flight for 3 hours plus 2hours taxi and I asked him for a bathroom he said wait till check in at 4. It was noon !!!! Then he said or else catch a taxi and go to a restaurant . Also there are no facilities near the hotel, no shops and no vending machines in the hotel !!!! Terrible terrible hotel . No help at all, we were not even given a toilet paper roll when we ran out !!!!

Hello! We have many problema with the apartmans!! When we arrived the temperature in the aparmant its only 17 degree and after two days little better! They write on the aparmants list that it is a very good equipped kitchen but its not!! Many basic things is missing! And the bigest problem is that was the description of the room that 3 room! But its not correct because its only 2 room!! The third room had no door and and so it was in the same airspace as the community room!! It is very very uncomfertable!!!!!!! We would like to write a vety bad evaluation!! I would like some kind of compensation for the inconvenience.

I booked this apartment based on a friend’s recommendation — she stayed here in the winter and loved it. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The beds were uncomfortable, there’s no proper kitchen for cooking (no oven and a very small fridge), and the apartment itself felt quite old and not well maintained compared to the beautiful photos online. There were also no curtains on the windows, so it was impossible to sleep past sunrise. In addition, we had to pay extra for parking. On the positive side, the location is excellent — close to Zakopane town and with easy access to main roads leading to nearby attractions.
