The host communicated very effectively and check in was smooth. The room was very comfortable clean and with a nice view. Facilities worked well as well. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location was within walking distance to everywhere in the city center. I highly recommend this Willa and would be happy to stay again.

Czarna Willa was a lovely rustic house with a comfortable room. The surrounding were beautiful and the breakfast was lovely and fulfilling. Staff seemed nice and we enjoyed our stay! Everything was lovely, just a heads up for those checking in: there are two buildings on the property, to avoid confusion!

“amazing”
Great location, beautiful room with the exit to the garden. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good and various choice. Parking available as well as storing the luggage before and after check in. We loved it.

“The best place in Zakopane ever!”
I have liked everything!! The room I have slept have a small river near, during the night was perfect to sleep, really good silence, good breakfast and good people. The location is amazing!! The best in Zakopane, I really love that and I really had a great time. See you next time!

“Great location warm room good breakfast”
Some of the facilities need updating. The bathroom and table lamps were broken, and the shower head was also damaged, which made showering quite difficult. Additionally, there was noticeable noise from neighbours after 10 pm. On a positive note, the room was heated very well, and we stayed comfortably warm. There was also a good variety of breakfast options, which we appreciated. Great location, friendly staff apart from stressed looking owner lady. Smile would help

“Comfortable stay at a great location”
The hotel owner was super friendly and let us check in late because our train arrived late. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and everything was really clean. They are really well-equipped for the winter.

“Okayish but we wouldn’t go back…”
The location is good, close to Krupowki and the city centre. The bedrooms were okay, the sheets clean and towels and toiletries provided. The breakfast was decent and the service was good.

“Pleasant stay at Czarna Willa”
Good location, clean and decent breakfast. Good to leave wet boots outside of room. Hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. Less than 5 min walk into Zakopane Main Street. Shared communal area is nice and clean.

cutest room in a very cute old house. so much character and style. room is small but has all we needed with fridge kettle and nice furnishings. location was great zakopane is beautiful the breakfast is amazing had so many options.
