Very spacious and clean rooms, excellent location, close to all amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurants are very good and well-priced. The spa was a welcome treat during our stay and we liked that our young daughter could join us too.

This hotel has everything. It is in a very good location, it has lovely rooms, a complimentary jacuzzi/sauna, great staff and a first class restaurant. We had breakfast included in the price. The breakfast was just great. It was not a buffet. There was a small but lovely selection of "starters" - a couple of sweet pastries, strawberry yoghurt, pear juice, two types of bread, some patès, some jam - followed by a main course - such as a perfect omlette or french toast or burger amongst other options - all excellently prepared. Coffee/capuccinos were excellent and the staff could not be more accomodating.

The location of the hotel was excellent, so near to the Main Street, the Thermal spa and tatra mountains Our room was spacious specially as we was 3 adults. Beds were comfortable and the bath room was very big with nice hot water. Breakfast was so good many choices and cooked well. The hotel staff was very pleasant, polite and friendly. Even helped us with going to the Tatra Mountains as a horse slay ride was cancelled they could have not been more helpful. The Pizza Restaurant which is in the hotel was excellent with great choices and lovely staff. I would advise anyone to stay at this hotel and will return as it’s so lovely for Christmas and every other season I would imagine. Thank you Aparthotel Cristina for our stay and your wonderful staff.

I have to say the service was impeccable from the moment of arrival which began at Zakopane bus station to moment of departure. The reception staff was the best I have experienced. The service and food at breakfast was hearty and delicious. The room a haven of comfort. I will definitely return.
