“Great location lovely staff and great value”
The hotel was really close to the centre of town (5 mins walk). We were there for the Ruta del Atunes and the hotel was a perfect location. Staff were very welcoming and charming. Parking was easy. Very clean

“Ripped us off.”
Checked in and went for lunch to a restaurant. Only then we found out the whole town had no water. So couldn’t use the toilets! Back at the hotel, said we needed to use toilet, and later on the shower. They said didn’t know when water would be back on. Simply couldn’t stay here but they wouldn’t give us a refund (because the whole town was cut off). It was only after booking a hotel in Cadiz, 2 hours away that they said they had a reserve supply of water so you could flush. Honestly! Still no refund, so (at the risk of continuing the plumbing theme), £100 down the drain. Other than that, hotel OK I suppose but very expensive. Much better value in Vejer de La Frontera.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Close to the town, restaurants and beaches. The room was simple but very adequate for our needs. The reception staff were great.

Brilliant location. Parking was in large area behind hotel at just €2 a day. Good size fridge in room. Pool area is small and unappealing but you are a 2 min walk from the most glorious beach.
