“Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, perfect for a peaceful and relaxed break.”

Perfect location, litterally on the beach at the quieter end of Zaraha. Very peaceful and beautifully decorated. All members of staff were very helpful despite our very poor Spanish. Restuarant and Bar were great. Only a small boutique hotel with 9 rooms, absolutely perfect for really getting away from it all.

⸻ We stayed for two nights, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. • On the first night, we were unable to use the bathroom because the pipe was broken. As a result, all the water from the tap leaked in large quantities onto the floor. • We reported the issue immediately, but were told it could not be fixed until the following morning. The room filled with a horrible smell from the pipes, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. • The next day, although the pipe was finally repaired, the smell became even worse — to the point that it was unbearable. The humidity and stench from the plumbing caused my face to swell, and I felt physically unwell. I suffer from asthma, and the conditions in the room triggered continuous coughing and breathing difficulties throughout the stay. I also have photos documenting the state of the room and would be happy to share them. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I truly hope no one else has to go through something similar.

A very mixed experience at this hotel. It's close to the beach, which is good and has a restaurant very close by. I went for the more expensive room with a ocean view which had a very nice sunset.

We had an exciting stay at the Varadero Hotel this weekend! The place exudes charm and relaxation, with beautifully designed spaces and attentive service. One of the highlights was enjoying the breathtaking sunset from the Chill Bar, where the view over the water was simply magical. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning backdrop made it the perfect end to each day. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

We booked a family room. When we turned up there were no doors on the bathroom so if someone was on on the toilet you could see them from the or if someone was in the shower everybody could see them. The hotel was full and the only room available was a lot smaller with no view. The rooms air can could not cope with the heat coming through the sliding doors even when the blind was down all day.

A beautiful property with a relaxed ambiance. Lovely big bedroom and bathroom with a private outside area. So many areas to sit in the restaurant and bar to enjoy the stunning views of the ocean.

The breakfast concept: Guests could order anything and as much as they wanted from the menu which offered something for every taste 😋. I loved the different fresh juices 🥭🍓and fruits 🍉🍌. I think there was a Nespresso coffee ☕ machine at the end of my stay where you could help yourself. I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee in my room as there was also a small Nespresso machine 😊 Even though I don't have an animal, I know from a friend how difficult it is to find a hotel with a really nice ambiente like in this boutique hotel.that allows dogs to bring along. Speaking of ambiente: I really liked the Balenese style of the whole premises. The location is perfect for a beach vacation. You walk out of the premises and are on a very broad and long beach. Most of the beach bars/restaurants look really nice.

Location, very friendly staff, excellent food. Very spacious balcony. They accept pets and even allow them in the eating areas so long as they exterior which is fair enough. They even went to the extreme of laying a breakfast table for us and our dog just outside the breakfast room.
