“A week-long business stay in Zagreb”

Advantages: - nice location; - near the local market with fresh fruits, vegetables and others, - the proximity of groceries, stores, main station and Old Town, - the McDonalds was at ground floor, - well-equipped kitchen, - air-condition, - nice service.

The owner is super friendly and easy going. There is a shared kitchen with with kitchenware, fridge and a microwave.

Location - is a bit tricky to find at first

The host is really friendly and helpful, the rooms are well laid out and comfortable, the facilities, both in the en-suite rooms and the communal kitchen area, are excellent, the location on a busy square is great, with bakeries, shops, cafés, all the tram connections you could want and then some - overall terrific value for money.

I appreciated the convenient location near all my activities. The room and facilities were clean and welcoming, and the communication with the landlord was outstanding.

Robert is a really nice host! He answered all the questions quickly and went out his way to help us with the late check-in we had (I rented the room for a friend).

“Short stay in Zagreb”

The place offers 5 separate appartments - each with a separate bathroom. It was very clean and very comfortable. The host met us to give us the keys and was really helpful. The rooms were all equipped with air conditioning. The location is convenient - we found some very good restaurants around the appartment. It is in the parking area 2 and we found easily places to park close to the appartment (this parking area is free on sunday).

Great location, friendly host, modern and very clean interior, good wifi.

Really friendly welcome and a lovely room. There are also extensive shared kitchen facilities. The room was small but very well laid out, and with a nice bathroom. It got quite warm during the day, but the air conditioning unit cooled it down quickly. The location is on a busy road and tramline junction, which didn’t make it particularly noisy except for the rumble of trams, and made for excellent connections to other parts of the city. Terrific stay, great value!

“Comfortable Place, Central Location and Great Host”

The accommodation is large and comfortable: it includes three beds, a small high table with stools, a tv, a wardrobe and a sofa. The en-suite bathroom is nice and clean and equipped with towel warmer and a large shower. I particularly liked the roof windows and the amount of artificial lights. The common kitchen is cosy and stylish, and equipped with all essential appliances. The host is kind and always helpful, and he managed to accommodate all our requests. Kobe-Rooms is located in a central and well connected area, Kvaternik Square. The Cathedral can be reached by the typical ZET Tram Line, or by a nice 20 minutes walk. The Cafe Billiard and the McDonald's, both located in the same building, are a plus. It would be nice to include a breakfast option when booking a room, for a full B&B experience. The place is worth and a small improvement would be successful.

Perfect accomodation, clean, new furniture, perfectly organised, easy check in, was allowed to check in earlier. There is shared kitchen and also very clean. Close to the city center, warm and everything in perfect comdition. Host very nice. Thanks
