We absolutely loved our stay at the beautifully decorated Marabeth Guesthouse! Maria went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and gave great recommendations for local traditional restaurants which were excellent. The location was also great - walkable from the bus station, very near the train station and a delightful stroll to the old town of Zagreb. Simply couldn't recommend this lovely guesthouse enough!

“Unique stay”

The apartment was comfortable, clean and beautifully styled, a very unique place to stay. It was close enough from the centre but in a quiet location, ideal for getting some steps in. Maria, the host, was super accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Owner is very quick to respond and let us leave our luggage there within hours of booking, The location is excellent near to train station, Zagreb centre and for those that are backpacking there is a launderette a few doors away. I would highly recommend as its excellent value for money.

The location is very convenient and safe (Overall Croatia is safe). It was very spacious and had all the settings and essentials for living in, despite being adapted to a serviced apartment. The interior decoration was quite fancy with some art collections. I met a staff who helped me with check-in and she was very nice. The owner was responsive to payment and other issues too.

We received a welcome from Marja who promptly met us when we arrived. The apartment is close to the old town so it was very convenient. Bed was comfortable and the place was lovely and clean.
