Great location, on the main road close to tram station but at the same time very cosy and quiet. Employees are very hospitable and accesible, ready to help at any time. Cleanliness in the room and bathroom is impeccable.

“Less than average”
The best part of this hotel is definitely the staff – the ladies at the reception, cleaning ladies, and waitresses are truly wonderful. Always kind, professional, and smiling! They make the biggest difference and are the real asset of this place. The room was generally clean, with comfortable beds, although there were some stains on the curtains and carpet.

“pretty good for stay in Zagreb, short or long”
breakfast. breakfast was YES. good location, quite far from the center but very good direct tram connection. couldn't hear people walking the corridor or the elevator. mattress was surprisingly comfy. fridge was available and stuffed with goods to purchase if one runs out of snacks. the receptionist that welcomed us in the afternoon was super nice. very boutique feeling.

“Pretty good hotel for the price”
We stayed for one night. The room was clean and cozy, the breakfasts were delicious, there was a large selection, and parking was free. The bed and towels were clean. The staff is friendly

“Better than expected”
Extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff. For a hotel of this size, the breakfast was outstanding – great selection and very tasty. Reserved free parking is a big plus. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Also, the price was very fair. We will definitely return.
