The only positive aspect is the location, especially if you are attending a concert at the Arena. It is only a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was ok.

During the week your brekfast is served per person, which is understandable becouse of low occupnacy of the hotel, but during the weekend there is self service breakfast. Location is perfect for stay if you are visiting a concert in Arena Zagreb which is very close (5 minutes walking distance)

The hotel is very close to Arena Zagreb, making it a perfect choice if you are traveling to attend an event there. Although the exterior looks a bit dated, the interior is comfortable and well-maintained, and it certainly lives up to its 3-star rating. The rooms are clean and simple, making it a good option for an overnight stopover, especially with the motorway nearby and its convenient location on the outskirts of Zagreb. The price is fair for what you get.

“Budget option for a short stay”
This hotel is a budget option and very basic, suitable mainly for spending one night. It provides the essentials for a short stay, but you should not expect additional comfort or amenities beyond the basics.

“Good location, poor everything else”
We visited a concert on the Arena, so location was perfect. The breakfast was good and fresh with many choices.
