Situated close to the Dražen Petrović Basketball Centre and the Dom Sportova Hall in Zagreb, Hotel Laguna provides a parking lot and free Wi-Fi. The rooms have SAT TV. I really appreciated the quick response on the phone, even though I called very late to inform them that we would be delayed on our way. The reception welcome was fantastic, even though we arrived at midnight. The room was clean — I would rate it a 7 out of 10. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. The waiters, even though some of them were a bit older, were excellent in their service and moved with a calmness that I have rarely seen in the Balkans.

Rooms were dirty, no beds made or sinks cleaned for the entirety of the stay. Flooded resteraunt with holes in the ceilings. Needs a 100% refurb. Very dissapointed.

“My stay was pleasant and I'd like to come again.”
Breakfast was excellent. You can choose what you like to have- hot or cold meal, muesli, sweet breakfast, drinks etc. Guest feel welcome and cared for. Location is very good, well connected to city sights.
