“Crash Pad before going on bus”

Location was great for being able to easily get to the bus station. Room was decent size and clean. Bathroom was very clean. Check in was easy and staff very helpful.

Location: ok Service: the lady which accommodated us is really kind Rooms disguised: We found clipped nails over the bathroom. The bathroom door is shady from inside the whole part moves, it's just a matter of time some1 to get stuck there. I don't event want to know what ware the stains over the door and the BED. The kettle was stuck to the powersocket so good luck with pouring water. All rafts ware dusty, the lights are so dimmed you can sleep with turned on lamps... honestly for 80 euro per night, better book good and widly know hotel with breakfast....

Just there for short stay so everything was fine. The host was nice and accommodating.

The receptionist was very helpful

It was cozy, practical and has everything you need in right reciprocate with the price.

1. the location is very near the Zagreb bus station, about 5 mins walk. There's the tram to the old town centre too, about 10 mins ride. 2. Clean and neat, the bed and the bathroom is comfortable. 3. There's a kettle in the room, I can make my own tea and coffee. Also with air con and fan. 4. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

When I got there, I was assigned a room which looked really nice and clean but smelled of cigarettes, I guess the previous person who used it, defaulted the rule. At first I thought I could manage but I couldn't, I went to meet the man who was in charge, I complained to him and asked if I could get another room, he immediately and nicely offered me another room. This time, the room was not only clean but smelled fresh. I was really impressed by how he handled the situation, he was so kind, professional and patient. I slept peacefully like a baby and had smooth access to the bus station which was about 5 mins walk from the location. Great service, I applaud.

Just few minutes walk from the bus station & tram stops, and is located in a quiet neighbourhood (although there are main streets nearby). They provided a good amount of amenities. The reception was so nice for letting me checked-in early and gave me a very warm welcome. The check-in process was smooth.
