“Bring your air freshener”
The parking was wide and easy to find. The place is located quite close to the city center, about 2km away so it was walkable distance for us. The mattress was a bit hard which is what prefer. There is a very nice restaurant nearby "Pivana" and I feel sorry that these are all the positives that I can say for this place.

“I'll probably take the same apartments next time”
We were 3 families living in two apartments on the first level and one on the second (under the roof). The building features a large private parking area and is close to a tram station, but we walked to the center (30 minutes). The flat had adequate heat under the roof for the latter days of December. The ability to enter the building, the parking lot, and the apartments using only codes/numbers is something we really enjoy.

It was a Good Quality Appartment. It's in a Good Area although little Noisy at Times. Bed was Comfortable and Bathroom was Beautiful.

“Great location and comfort for a low price”
The location is just perfect to explore the city. You have a tram stop nearby - you can get to the city center or central railway station for 10-15 minutes. Or you can walk 20 minutes, the way is rather easy too. The building is not very attractive from outside, but inside the apartment everything is good and new. We enjoyed a firm mattress, Italian douche, kitchen with frigo, micro and electric kettle (there were also a stove, but I didn’t use). For kids- we liked a playground in neighbouring parc. Parking is a very useful option also 👍

“It would be really good stay and I could recommended if only room was cleaner and someone took care of this fan.”
There was everything you need for a short stay. Free parking close to apartment. Hairdryer, towels and lots of kitchen equipment to make food. It was calm and quiet. We felt safe.

“Spacious, very well equipped apartment close to the city centre”
Great apartment in the apartment building, opening with a code (you can’t forget the key), spacious, with a really comfy bed (much appreciated), well equipped, stylish. I would say almost perfect. It is also reasonably close to the city centre by walk (approx. 25 min) or by tram (the stop is really close). Communication with the host was very good. We also used the parking lot which was approx. 350-400 m away, but absolutely ok with that. We were happy to stay there.

“Great location, nice apartment”
The apartment is located at a great location, about 20 minutes' walk from the city centre. The tram stop and shops are right next to it. Parking is secure just a few minutes' walk away from the apartment. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. The communication with the owner is excellent, access can be made via code which allows flexible check-in and check-out. The apartment is highly recommended.

Nice apartment, very clean but the walls are very thin, you can hear all the noise non stop. People walking in the hallway during night or just talking in their rooms is super loud. Maybe some basic spices and oil in the kitchen for cooking would be nice

“Disappointing”
Parking place at 300m. Owner is not answaring at phone. Location is verry dirty and do not reflect what you can see in others reviews. Inside is a verry intense smell of kitchen or like someone cooked something right before. Stained Sheet on bed, spider web, full of dust.
