There was a small fridge and the balcony was very nice. The beds were very comfy as well

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an apartment I booked for four workers who were staying overnight while carrying out work at my home. Upon arrival at approximately 8:00 PM, they were given a different apartment than the one I had booked. The property shown on your website appeared clean, modern, and well-maintained. However, the apartment they were actually provided was in very poor condition, with outdated furnishings, worn doors, and inadequate facilities. Additionally, one of the rooms contained cleaning equipment and personal belongings, which made it appear as though someone else was still living there. This created discomfort and concern for the workers. As it was late in the evening and they only needed a place to sleep before leaving early the next morning (around 7:00 AM), they chose not to raise the issue at that time. The following morning, I attempted to contact the property owner by phone to address the situation before submitting a negative review. Unfortunately, my call was not answered, nor was it returned. I then sent a message through the booking platform with question did you gave the guys same apartment I booked? I wanted to be fair before i do this or rate bad , but after more than a day, I have still received no response. I find this situation unacceptable booking was : Zagreb 30.03-31.03.2026.

It is really close to city center and has parking free of charge. Also, owner was kind and he was there to give us keys in one minute.
