Exceptional experience. The hosts went out of their way to look after us, as we were there out of peak season they gave us an upgraded room and provided us with an early (VERY GOOD!) breakfast as we had an early start.

The Riad Zagora Palms is located slightly away from the village of Laaroumiate, making it a very quiet and scenic location. The large areal is very well maintained and feature a beautiful pool, deck chairs, magnificent palms and pomegranate trees, and a wonderful terrace. Upon arrival, we were served traditional Moroccan tea and pastries. Our luggage was brought to our room. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade to a room with a balcony. The room is very stylishly furnished and offers plenty of space. The bathroom and balcony are also very spacious. The beds were comfortable and there is even a hairdryer in the bathroom. We were the only guests and were told that we had the whole house to ourselves. The owner (Mohamed) asked us if we would like dinner and we were very happy about this offer. We went for a walk and then enjoyed a wonderful dinner. The table was romantically decorated and we were first served a delicious salad, then a beef tagine and fruit for dessert. We could have had alcohol if we wanted. At the end, the chef himself came to introduce himself to us. After the dinner, we spent a few hours talking to the owner, Mohamed, and had interesting conversations about culture and house building, and a lot of other things. Mohamed also introduced us to his very nice family. Mohamed speaks very good English. The next day, we had a great, extensive, and delicious breakfast. There was something for every taste and definitely more than enough food.

The pool, the breakfast and Mohammed was great... as well as the other staff... they even picked dades fresh from the tree!

Beautiful outside area, and good food. My partner was sick and they took very good care of her at the hotel.

“Great Riad in Zagora!”

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our bikes were parked just outside the hotel door. We arrived in the evening, so we had a late dinner which was nice. The swimming pool area is great too!

Our host Ali was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. He speaks many languages, including excellent Dutch. He helped us arrange our desert excursion. The location is a little paradise, with a lovely swimming pool and terrace. The room was comfortable and clean and the food was good. We highly recommend this place! “Excellent host”

Ali is a wonderful host. He is kind and generous but best of all has a great sense of humour! The pool and pool area is lovely and a nice place to spend some time relaxing and cooling off. The food is delicious. The bed was comfortable and he rooms had all you need. Ali even got me a special cake for my birthday. merci Ali 😄

The location is perfect, surrounded by palmtrees and in a quiet road. The swimming pool was excellent and the rooms had all the facilities.

“Good hotel with pool and garden”

Ali, the Hotelkeeper is awesome and made our trip very special. We even extended for one night. He is a very nice guy who made us feel at home. When I was sick he brought me tea and fresh fruits. Although we had kind of a language barrier we had a lot of fun and talked a lot. The pool was very good and also the fresh dates from the garden of the hotel.

Zagora Palms is a perfect place to stay in Zagora. The host/manager was so friendly and welcomed us so generously. He did his best to make our stay here as perfect as possible.
