“Beautiful, comfortable and highly recommended hotel”

A small and beautiful family hotel, in a good location near the village square [where there are restaurants and bars], close to the supermarket. We actually got a large and comfortable suite with a bedroom + living room, and an excellent shower. Breakfast is served in the hotel's beautiful garden, overlooking the Agean sea. The breakfast is very rich and tasty, it changes every morning, and consists of fresh locally produced products. The owners are extremely nice and friendly, and are willing to help with any issue that the guests need.

“Perfect relaxation”

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful location, charming room, delicious breakfast and friendly, welcoming owners. Despite the recent disasters in the area, the village is open and accessible. We had a great time exploring the local area, eating at local tavernas and swimming in the sea. Would love to come back!

View and location are great for a few days retreat. Room was nice and cosy. Stayed only one night but would be worth returning for a longer period.

Nice and clean room, although a bit small for this price, good breakfast, we were in off season so not much to do in the village The owner was extra nice and took us to pick applws on his farm :)

“Great value for money”

Gracious host, delicious home-made breakfast, gorgeous backyard with a nice pool and a view of the sea, mountains and trees. We stayed here for 8 nights and wished we could stay longer.

We liked everything. First, the hosts are amazing and really good people. Then the location is also central for Zagora and also to access beaches by car. Room was spatious and very clean. Breakfast was amazing. We highly recommend

We had a wonderful experience at Guesthouse Theareston. We arrived early on a wet morning, and we were allowed into our room before check-in. A beautiful room in a wonderful building. Excellent breakfast. We bumped into our host as we had lunch in a nearby restaurant, and he sent over some wine to our table - a lovely and much-appreciated gesture!

The host and his staff did much more than we could expect to make our stay delightful. The property has much character and the transformation into a guest house is perfectly done. The fireplace in the room. The magnificent views.

“Perfect family run friendly guest house”

From start to finish it was a pleasure to stay at the guest house. Although it was raining when we arrived, we were met with umbrellas to guide us to our rooms. Service was always with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. We got some great recommendations for beaches and activities. The breakfast every morning was so good, with locally sourced tea, jams, eggs etc. Nothing to fault, an amazing location to explore the local area.
