Very atmospheric property - very much of its time, and that’s no bad thing! The staff were lovely and the food was fantastic - no small portions here! We were here to visit Stalag Luft III and it was an ideal hotel for this.

This was a good hotel. My room was spacious and spotless. The breakfast was generous. I also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, which had a large menu. The food and service were very good. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk into the middle of Zagan.

I can’t gloss over this review It’s not exspencive to stay. So I class this as a budget hotel It’s a place to sleep eat and it’s clean tidy and safe

Excellent location, very quiet at night en lots of nature around. Just down the road from the old WW2 camp where the Great Escape happend. In typical Polish style they took an old building and without making it to modern and take away the old look. They kept the old look and feel while adding up to date features. Simple breakfast to start the day with lots of fresh juices.

I visited this hotel as it is very close to the Stalag Luft III POW Museum , the site of The Great Escape , which was my reason to visit . The hotel is only about 1km from the museum . The hotel itself is very comfortable and fairly easy to find in a lovely big park . The evening meal and breakfast were great value for money . The staff were friendly but it would help if you knew a little Polish or German language . The room was adequate and clean , and very quiet at night . I had a sound sleep in the comfortable bed .

Athmosphere of the old hospital. Really beautiful building and spacious room.

Extreme dissatisfaction. The staff who under normal circumstances are already unsympathetic had done their utmost this weekend.... to be unsympathetic. Saturday night very loud noise from a party in the hotel restaurant, after calling the front desk it turns out this was the birthday party of the hotel manager herself. Hotel management prioritizing their own pleasure and playing disco music until 4 AM instead of giving their paying guests a night's rest.... are completely unfit for hotel business. Received no apology the next day either, just unfriendliness. Mails to the management (which of course was not present the next day because there sleeping off their drunken stupor) are not answered.... To be avoided this hotel.

Great building with a lot of history, nice and clean and good breakfast. Great location within walking distance to the City Centre. Lots of parking spaces.
