Good breakfast and parking close. Barman/Waiter/receptionist/ maintenance man very helpful despite being the only one on duty most of the weekend.

I booked an accessible room. When we arrived my husbands wheelchair couldnt access the front door as part of it was stuck . we were directed to another door that had a step. Finally we came back to the entrance and up another ramp via the restaurant to make it through more double doors and the lift. The room was very small with just space to walk about the bed. We had to leave the wheelchair outside the room The shower chair was rusty and a hanging shower curtain was broken. We found the bed very hard. Lots of noise from bar outside our room but did finish by 12.00, The staff were very helpful in solve the access issues

The hotel is located just a short walk from the main square and shopping area. The outside eating areas were very nice, with beautiful plants and fruit trees. The room had a veranda which was perfect to relax after a busy day. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Over all it is the perfect place to stay in Zafra and I will definitely recommend.

Lovely old property with charming open sitting room areas. You can enjoy a drink from the bar/cafe whilst sitting in the pretty gardens at the front of the hotel. Good to have secure parking.

Excellent service at check in time, even though i didnt speak much spanish, the receptionist used a translating tool on her computer to communicate with me. Doing this is out of the ordinary. Our room was on the 1st floor and this floor had a beautiful and cozy living room where one can relax . This hotel is at the door of the historical quarter of the city. Because we were walking the Camino early morning they gave us our breakfast the night before which was very much appreciated.

Everything, upgraded to a suite and it was fabulous. Room, private enclosed terrace and huge bathroom. Staff were great and very accommodating. Hotel has a nice bar and restaurant and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend it 😁
