“A bit remote from city (if you need that) but sweet, clean, quiet and worth every penny”
The facility is a few kilometers away from main roads (for example motorway) on footsteps of mount Etna. Easy to find. The room is quite big, comfy, extremely clean and comfortable. You also get all typical room amenities like hairdryer, air condition, fridge, tv,... nothing to complain. They have their own parking, what is also great. The facility is 900 m for spot where Lava stream ended its flow in 1992. Visit! The host is also very kind. We forgot phone charger at the facility and it was shipped to our country without any problem.

“Definitely recommend”
This is basically an apartment with very clean and modern rooms. Our room had an access to the shared garden. The apartment has a simple kitchen with the utensils you need and a coffee mashine/kettle. There is private parking available at no extra cost. We had to go to a nearby espressobar for the breakfast in the morning because the electricity maintanence, the next day we enjoyed a lot better breakfast on-premise. The town has very good access to the road going up to Etna and on the main square there are good places to get dinner.

Clean room and bathroom. Parking space provided and the small back garden is great with the sunbeds. The breakfast was excellent and our host even picked up when we were walking uphill :)

“A modern stylish accommodation with shared kitchen - warmly recommended”
The apartment is modern, new and stylish. There are 4 guest rooms with a shared space for kitchen, which is fairly well equipped. We liked our ensuite room which had an entry to an inner garden courtyard. Everything was well done, the hosts have a good eye for design and style. The wifi was good. You would need a car - we had a hire one to go up to Rifugio Sapienze to climb Etna and this was an ideal base. Caterina is a warm and welcoming host who kindly gave us some nice treats for our journey as we left.

Owner extremely helpfull, simpatic and smiling. Fantastic pistacchio croissants for breakfast. We felt like at home. Room like new, great view from terrace. Ee even got 2 free coupons for Etna - sandwich + drink + coffee. Great value for money...

Very nice and clean room with its own bathroom. The host was super nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone if you want to visit Mount Etna. It has its own parking spot so you don’t have to park on the street. The breakfast was also very good.

“Perfect place to start your exploration of Mt. Etna with great host!”
Caterina was a gracious host, ready to meet our every need, and making the reservation for an excellent guide for our 5 hour tour of Mt. Etna. A real surprise and bonus was her giving us a tour of her family's bee-keeping operation and honey production right behind the house!
