Overview
Villa Triana-Adults Only is located directly on the beach of Borik/Diklo. It offers air-conditioned rooms and suites with free WiFi, and satellite TV . Facilities also include an outdoor heated swimming pool. The Villa offers nicely furnished rooms and studios with private bathrooms and refrigerators. Some rooms also have views of the sea and islands, while others have balconies. The Villa also offers a lush garden with sun loungers and an outdoor pool from April to October. For an extra charge, guests can also make use of the spa centre in a nearby hotel located 300 metres away. Transfer services as well as daily excursions to the national parks of Plitvice Lakes, Krka Waterfalls and Kornati Islands are organised by Triana Villa. Public parking is possible with no fee next to Villa .

“a wonderful stay...”
The hotel was in a perfect position, the pool area was fantastic and a lovely pool and you opened the gates and the sea was a few metres away. Fantastic view from our beautiful room. Very disappointed that there wasn't breakfast and was sure I had booked it but there was hot drinks on tap from the dining area and a lovely bakery and supermarket, 5 minute walk away.

“Ideal Zadar base, cost effective and somewhere to relax”
We had a great stay here. The owner was really friendly and helpful throughout. It’s in a lovely location right on the sea with beautiful views, and it was easy to get a short taxi into Zadar. There’s also a cafe and supermarket close by which was really convenient. We didn’t use the pool during our stay but it looked fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

“Lovelt stay with nice host”
Lovely clean double room with ocean view. Free tea and coffee whenever you wanted. Would have been nice to get breakfast sometimes as only had a bakery close by for breakfast. Local bar only did panini's. Pool area lovely but was only in once. Weather wasn't great our week.

Location was excellent, city bus stop, market and coffee bars are steps away. Several amazing restaurants are within walking distance. The view from our balcony was spectacular. Our room was very spacious and clean. The pool and accessibility to the ocean was perfect. Loretta the property manager was awesome !!

Beautiful location, stunning views and friendly staff. Our room had an amazing balcony that you could sit on and admire the view. It's right on the water and the beach loungers are great! Close to super market, several beaches and restaurants.

The place had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Good location. Nice pool area. Bus stop not far to get us to town. Small shop nearby. A few restaurants within walking which was nice.

“Lovely place, really high quality”
The ladies at the desk were so friendly, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The facilities were so clean and high quality, the location was ideal right by the sea and the supermarket. Some lovely local restaurants as well. Only a short spin into Zadar old town and reasonable from airport. Would definitely come back again!

“Idyllic, I had such a wonderful break here!”
I absolutely loved the location: the fabulous pool and seating area, proximity to the sea, wonderful unspoilt coastal promenade and the availability of lovely cafe's, grocery shop and lovely Taverna's and Restaurants in the Diklo area. Also, the staff were fantastic - Special thanks and mention for Loreto who was so warm, kind and helpful to me. She made everything so easy and comfortable! Thank you so much!

“Relaxing and peaceful”
We loved our stay here. The hotel is so relaxing and location perfect. We used the bus once but found Uber so easy and inexpensive to get to zadar View from our room amazing. Definitely recommended sea view. Room was beautiful and clean Loretta and team very friendly and helpful We will be back
