“Great house in perfect location”

Beautiful house with good facilities. Nice coffeemaker and well equipped kitchen. Location is super, quiet residential area with a short walk to the water and 10-15 min to nice restaurants and the Zadar old town.

Water cooler dispenser, drink cabinet fridge. Pool & sauna and towels, luxury coffee maker. Comfy sofas, and the unexpected welcome food and drinks in the fridge. Flexible on arrival time and late checkout were much appreciated.

Perfect location, 1 min walk to 2 supermarkets and a bakery, 1 min to bus station and taxi rank. Local restaurants nearby, 10 mins to beach, 20 mins to old town with a good selection of bars and restaurants. Excellent, spacious accommodation, good air con and a great swimming pool with sunbeds etc.

“Overall a very pleasant stay in the City of Zadar.”

The property was exceptionally clean and we particularly liked the private pool. The location was also excellent. The main bus station was a very short stroll away giving access to buses into the Old Town, the Airport and the nearby charming old town of Nin (10 miles away). The bus station also has a very efficient luggage storage which was very useful for our last day when we had a very late flight home. There is a very nice large supermarket the other side of the bus station. The water front and Karma Beach (stoney but pretty) is a 8 or 9 minute walk away. There is a nice walk in both directions along the shoreline. It is also perfectly possible to walk to the old town in about 25 minutes.

Clean, nice facilities, close to the beach. Pool was well maintained and there were 3 bathrooms which was really great. It is also only a few minutes walk from the bus station and supermarket.

The villa is refurbished to a high standard. The host was very welcoming and professional.

“Modern and comfy house”

Very comfy and modern house with a decent sized pool and a nice BBQ / sitting area. Having 3 bathrooms works great for a group of 8. The house is located near the bus main station which comes in handy when you are planning a trip. Also, it's only about 5 minutes from the sea and not far from the city centre either. All in all we would recommend for families as well as groups of young people.

“Outstanding stay at Villa Nila”

Vila Nila exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was ideal, a 2 minute walk from the bus stop allowed us to travel to nearby towns and to the airport with ease. Interspar and McDonald’s were a 5 minute walk away while the beach and town centre were also within walking distance. Lorena and family were extremely welcoming with drinks and local food on arrival, they run a great service and we had a wonderful week. The facilities in the villa were outstanding, it is very modern, spacious and everything was spotless. When checking in and out Lorena allowed us to chose a suitable time that worked with our flights. We could not fault Villa Nila and we will be back
