Everything was excellent! Very clean, well equipped apartment with outdoor pool. Owner is very friendly and helpfull. Recommended us a place to eat which was also very good and we went there 3 times during our 2 days stay. Thanks for hospitality!🫶🏻

Amazing apartment held by amazing and most hospitable owner. Well equipped, spacious, clean with nice terrace and view on the pool. Parking is also provided and is easy accessible through the pool side. Sauna and gym are also nice touch to the whole experience.

“Zadar life”

The apartments are great. All renovated recently. The bed was comfortable. There is a washing machine. Can I also mention a very decent hair dryer! We had a view of the sea. There is a gym, a pool and sauna. There is also actual on site parking. There is also some restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets all within walking distance. One final thing - Luca and Marina went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, happy and also gave us plenty of ideas for things to see and food options.

New and well-equipped apartment, very kind hostess

The house and the appartment are just perfect and the host even nicer! Close to the beach, supermarket, backery, restaurants, city center, the house is extremely clean, very elegant and with extremely good taste decorated. We had absolutely all what we needed (not only the devices (hair dryer, washing machine, dish washer, fridge, oven, coffee maker, and much more) but also the stuff for them (dish washer pads, coffee pads, washing machine pads, etc). Even if it has everything, it does not feel loaded, and it is very spacious and welcoming. Everything is new and modern, and very nice. The terrace, next to the pool, amazing, refreshing and perfect for eating outside. Air conditioning in all the rooms. Very good internet, so we could easily work from there. The pool, is very very clean, with saulty water, and super nice lights in the night. Park places are also available. Beds are very comfortable. We highly recommend this appartment and if we come back to Zadar, we will definitely stay there again!

Stunning property in a great location - close to restaurants, a small supermarket, a short walk to the beach! The host and team were lovely! They offered fabulous recommendations of where is good to eat, and where to visit whilst we were in Zadar. Would highly recommend!

Apartment was great it was a bit out of the town but the bus service was easy to use. Loads of places to eat within walking distance of apartment.

We stayed in a studio at this aparthotel in Zadar and had a great experience. The studio was very well designed, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. The new building and stylish interiors made it feel fresh and comfortable. The swimming pool with the terrace was a highlight, and the location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. Parking was also available, which was very practical. Special thanks to Marina for being so kind and helpful – she made our stay even better. We’d gladly come back, as this studio combines comfort, style, and warm hospitality.

We stayed at this aparthotel in Zadar, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment had two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchen – all very nice, modern, and comfortable. The aparthotel is newly built, with stylish interiors and high-quality materials, which gave it a very pleasant and fresh atmosphere. Having two bathrooms was a big plus, and the swimming pool with the terrace was a great addition. The location is also convenient, with a grocery shop and a restaurant nearby. Parking was available, which made things easy. Special thanks to Marina, who was very friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcome and added to the positive experience. Overall, this place is a perfect spot in Zadar – great design, comfort, and hospitality. We would be happy to come back many times!

Aparthotel was lovely. Everything was perfect. Marina and Luke are fantastic hosts. The whole complex is finished to immaculate detail with all the facilities you need to stay in Zadar. The old town is a short drive away.

Decent size pool. Pleasant and helpful staff. We were given plenty of information on local, good restaurants, and advice on trips out. Lovely bathroom products. Good neighbourhood. Provided separate towels for the beach, which is rare.

I rarely write reviews, but this was outstanding in every way. Spotless down to the smallest detail, great location close to nice restaurants and great beaches. The hosts deserve every bit of credit, we felt welcome from the first moment and received personal tips and recommendations throughout our stay. Splendid place.

Highly recommend this apartment. Spotlessly clean. Modern with great facilities.very high standard. Lovely sea view from top floor balcony. Beach approx 15 mins walk. Nice restaurants nearby and bakery next door. 15 mins by uber to old town. Owner, Marina was amazing. Was extremely helpful and friendly. We had late flight home so Marina took our bags and allowed us the use of the pool for the day and toilet and shower for changing. Nice touch to have complimentary wine and water and snacks when we arrived. Special thanks to Luka who collected us from the airport and got us settled. He went out of his way to provide us with information on places to eat..places to see....boat trips...and checked in with us on WhatsApp throughout our trip. First class service!

Loved the cleanliness of the apartment. It's location was great, as a lot of good restaurants were within walking distance. The staff were very kind and helpful. There was a grocery shop just across the road where you could buy water, snacks and drinks. There was a bakery next door where you could buy fresh bread and an Italian pastry shop less than 100 metres from the apartment building. Luka was very helpful and collected us and brought us back to the airport.
